L&P Global Security offers training to security officers through its Texas state-approved training academy. It also offers continuing education to the professional security officers to enhance their knowledge and skills.

L&P Global Security Training Academy trains the new and/or seasoned security officers in the State of Texas working for licensed security providers that primarily or guard and patrol company that undertake to provide services such as private watchman, guards, security officers (armed or unarmed), or street patrol services on a contractual basis for there customers by performing any one or more of the following or similar functions:

1. Prevention of, intrusion, entry, larceny, vandalism, abuse, fire, or trespass on private or government property;
2. Prevention, observation, or detection of any unauthorized activity on private or government property:
3. Control, regulation, or direction of the flow or movements of the public, whether by vehicle or otherwise, only to the extent and for the time directly and specifically required to assure the protection of property;
4. Protection of individuals from bodily harm; or
5. Protection of one or more individuals from bodily harm through the use of a personal protection officer (uniformed in Texas and plain cloths elsewhere).
6. To prevent burglary, theft, robbery, shoplifting, pilferage, shrinkage of inventory, or other losses of similar types.
7. To respond to burglar alarms, accidents and monitor equipment to help prevent accidents or malfunctions that can disrupt customers operations.
8. Perform any duties of a security nature allowed by law that will protect and service our customers.
